Local tenders & competitive quotations
Invite GSW to suitable goods tenders and quotation exercises. We participate as the supplier and bidder where the scope and eligibility requirements can be met.
Repeat orders & scheduled supply
Discuss recurring consumables, repeat equipment requirements or scheduled deliveries. Item schedules, prices, validity and call-off arrangements are agreed in the supply offer or contract.

Product identification
Make, model, part number, specification, quantity and unit of measure, with any deviation or permitted alternative expressly identified.
Price & delivery terms
Unit and total prices, applicable taxes, freight, offer validity, payment terms and delivery lead time. FOR-destination terms can be quoted where requested and agreed.
Documentation & warranty
Delivery notes, invoices, warranty terms and any required certificates, test reports or manufacturer documents, as specified and confirmed in the accepted offer.
The accepted quotation and purchase order define the supply commitment. Installation, commissioning, unloading and specialist inspection are included only where expressly agreed.
